Information We Collect

When you sign up for updates, we may collect your email address and first name. If you apply for The Muscle Longevity System, we may collect the information you submit in the application form. We may also save partially completed applications after contact details are entered, so we can follow up if needed. If you contact us directly, we may receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Education Hub Chat

When you use the Education Hub chat, Myospan saves your questions and the assistant’s replies so our team can review conversations and improve the service. We also save the referring website hostname and campaign labels when available to understand how visitors reach the chat; browsers may not share this information. Chat messages are processed by OpenAI. Please do not include identifying or sensitive health information.

We may estimate your country and region from your internet connection using ipapi.is. The lookup sends your IP address to that service, not your chat messages. We save only the approximate country and region with the conversation, not GPS coordinates or a street address. These estimates can be inaccurate, particularly when using a VPN or mobile network.

How We Use Information

• To send Myospan email updates, education, podcast announcements, and program notifications.
• To review applications, assess program fit, and follow up about The Muscle Longevity System.
• To respond to messages or requests.
• To understand general interest in Myospan content, programs, and future offerings.

Email and Third-Party Services

Newsletter signup forms are powered by Mailchimp. When you submit the form, your information is processed by Mailchimp according to its own privacy practices. You can unsubscribe from Myospan emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email.
